Property Management
The Property Management team is responsible for the day-to-day onsite operations at each of the properties. Its activities include handling property repairs and improvements, enhancing tenant relationships, and achieving greater efficiency and economies of scale.
Wells has property management offices in major markets, including Atlanta, Baltimore, Boston, Houston, New York, Northern New Jersey, and San Francisco. We will continue to evaluate each property to determine whether internal or external management will best serve our investors’ and tenants’ interests.
Scott Meadows leads the Property Management team.
Scott Meadows directs property management, leasing, and construction teams that are responsible for the operation of Wells’ real estate investments. Since joining Wells Real Estate Funds in 1996, Scott has helped company real estate assets grow from $150 million to more than $5 billion. During more than 20 years in real estate, Scott has served as Senior Property Manager for The Griffin Company of Atlanta, where he managed office properties for both institutional and private investors. He also was Property Manager and Leasing Agent for Sea Pines Plantation Company, an exclusive resort development located in Hilton Head, S.C. Scott is a Georgia real estate broker and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and he holds the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation of the National Association of Building Owners and Managers International Institute (BOMI), and the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management. He also is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), and the National Association of Building Owners and Managers International (BOMA).
