Douglas Williams

Doug Williams is Chief Financial Officer – Product, for Wells Real Estate Funds. He represents Wells in its relations with external tax, accounting, and legal advisors, and facilitates the registration of new and existing products with regulatory authorities. Mr. Williams is the principal financial officer for Wells-sponsored products.

Mr. Williams is experienced in finance and accounting for domestic and multi-national companies. Prior to joining Wells in 1999, he was Vice President – Controller at OneSource, Inc., a facilities service provider for office, industrial, and retail buildings. Mr. Williams began his career with KPMG Peat Marwick, where he obtained his CPA certification.

Mr. Williams is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Georgia Society of CPAs. He received a B.A. in Fine Arts and an M.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from Dartmouth College.
