Wells REIT II is externally managed and advised by Wells Capital, an affiliate of Wells Real Estate Funds, Inc. For more than 26 years, Wells Real Estate Funds has been helping investors diversifying their portfolios with quality commercial real estate.
As a real estate investment manager and Advisor, Wells employs its knowledge and experience to guide Wells REIT II. Because Wells REIT II has no employees of its own, it relies on Wells to direct its day-to-day operations and investment decisions.
In 2011, Wells Real Estate Funds named a dedicated management team for Wells REIT II. Led by E. Nelson Mills, President of Wells REIT II and a member of the board of Wells REIT II, the team is responsible for leading and coordinating the company's strategy and operations. Wells REIT II will continue to rely on Wells Real Estate Funds for a broad range of advisory services.
